Join a team of compassionate physical therapists focusing on high-quality care and professional growth within an educational setting. This role supports students across multiple schools in the Alabama system, collaborating with educators to enhance student mobility and success.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultation and education for teachers and staff to enhance fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, attention, and executive functioning skills in students.
- Conduct evaluations, identify areas of concern, and collaborate with IEP teams to support student academic success.
- Plan and implement effective treatment programs focused on sensorimotor, educational, recreational, and social activities.
- Ensure all documentation complies with state regulations and district standards for accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
- Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in both Georgia and Alabama
- CPR and first aid certification
