SCA Senior Cook (Conformance)

About This Role

The SCA Senior Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting nutritious meals, overseeing junior kitchen staff, and contributing to food waste reduction efforts. This role serves customers with a focus on service and quality food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events
• Supervise Service Contract Act (SCA) Cook IIs and other lower-level positions
• Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity

• Ability to direct staff and allocate resources
