SAP HANA Program Manager

About This Role

Manage large-scale SAP HANA programs, guiding engagement planning, budgeting, and successful delivery. Work closely with clients and sales teams to drive C-level engagement and business development.

Responsibilities

• Execute at least 2 end-to-end large SAP programs in a Program Manager role
• Handle global AMS, DevSecOps, and ITIL-based programs
• Work closely with C-Level and Client Delivery/Project Managers for engagement and delivery success
• Lead engagement planning and budgeting
• Manage engagement teams
• Define deliverable structure and content
• Facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
• Direct on-time and quality delivery of work products
• Manage engagement economics and risk
• Lead business development and proposal response activities for revenue and new account generation
• Design and manage complex Statements of Work (SoWs) and contracts, including change management
• Set up and manage Program governance using KPIs

Requirements

• 13+ years overall professional experience with large IT ERP programs
• 13+ years SAP engagement and project management experience
• Executed at least 2 end-to-end large SAP programs as a Program Manager
• Experience handling global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs
• Experience working closely with C-Level and Client Delivery/Project Managers
• Experience leading engagement planning, budgeting, and managing engagement teams
• Experience defining deliverable structure and content, facilitating client buy-in, directing delivery, and managing economics/risk
• Experience leading business development and proposal response activities
• Experience designing and managing complex SoWs and contracts, including change management
• Experience with Program governance setup and management using KPIs
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree desired
• At least 13 years of overall professional experience, working with large IT ERP programs, and at least 13 years of SAP engagement and project management experience

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with end-to-end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs
• Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams
• Experience with Agile/DevOps and knowledge of CPG/Logistics industry
