Engage with potential customers to provide tailored life insurance solutions, managing your own schedule while receiving daily training and support from top producers.

Responsibilities

• Generate and prospect leads using an exclusive platform to connect with interested individuals
• Present and promote life insurance solutions by conducting thorough needs assessments
• Help clients make informed decisions that align with their financial goals and insurance requirements
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and ongoing support
• Participate in live, company-wide coaching sessions and gain hands-on experience from top-performing virtual sales reps
• Utilize advanced tools to maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward individual goals
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, safeguarding client information and upholding ethical practices

Requirements

• Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to offer solutions that address client concerns and fit within their budget
• Ability to build lasting relationships and a willingness to receive constructive feedback
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license

Qualifications
