This role is for a Salesforce Product Expert specializing in HighRadius Receivables Cloud Applications, responsible for end-to-end client implementations globally as a contract consultant.
Responsibilities
- Carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud Applications, including Collections and Cash Application projects.
- Help in configuration of the tool as per design.
- Develop and review project plans, milestones, and delivery.
- Interact with project stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents and ensure closure with all stakeholders.
- Ensure application documentation adheres to standards.
- Provide inputs to technical leads and developers.
- Create and maintain product and operational related issues log, reporting on status.
- Understand client's business functions and processes to communicate needs to product teams.
- Help to build and improve implementation and training methodologies.
- Guide offshore developers team.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Salesforce Product Expert role with HighRadius
- Platform Developer 1 certification completed prior to 2022
- Knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations
- Proficiency with the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- 3+ years of experience with Lightning Aura Component
- 3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components
- 5+ years of experience with Apex
- Experience with API integration and Data Integration
- Extensive experience working with Flows, Process Builders
- Salesforce configuration, following best practices, optimizing existing code
- Ability to guide offshore developers team
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience with HighRadius Receivables Cloud Applications and Salesforce.
