Lead end-to-end delivery of GE Proficy MES solutions, serving as a subject matter expert for manufacturing sites and optimizing processes through digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end GE Proficy MES solution delivery from requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support
- Serve as the primary MES subject matter expert for manufacturing sites and stakeholders
- Translate business and operational requirements into scalable MES solution designs, defining solution architecture, data flows, workflows and integration patterns
- Work closely with business teams to optimize manufacturing processes through digital solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, system integrators and plant IT resources
- Manage MES platform roadmaps, upgrades, performance optimization and governance
- Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with automation (OT) teams to ensure seamless integration with shop-floor systems and drive Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing and digital transformation programs
