Salesforce PM/Engagement Manager

About This Role

Manage and deliver Salesforce projects as a PM/Engagement Manager for Parmesoft Inc. This role requires extensive experience in Salesforce platform knowledge, data migration, and strong communication skills to drive project phases and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver Salesforce projects involving Metadata and Data Migration
• Manage escalations and negotiate scope and timeline with business stakeholders
• Drive all phases of the project lifecycle
• Represent the team in various status calls
• Understand Data Migration and Integrations and plan data with the team

Requirements

• 12-15 years experience as a Salesforce PM/Engagement Manager
• Experience in delivering Salesforce Projects involving Metadata and Data Migration
• Understanding of Salesforce Platform
• Knowledge of ITSM tools
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage escalations
• Ability to negotiate scope and timeline with business
• Ability to drive all phases of the project
• Ability to represent team in various status calls
• Good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Good understanding and working knowledge of Jira
• Understanding of Data Migration and Integrations

Qualifications

• Overall 12-15 years experience as a Salesforce PM/Engagement Manager
