Salesforce Excellence Analyst CRM

About This Role

This role supports Medical Nutrition, Atrium, and Professional Health Sales teams by training and promoting Salesforce and Veeva platforms, alongside managing system configurations, troubleshooting, and reporting. The analyst will also integrate advanced technologies like AI and machine learning to improve CRM performance and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Train and promote Salesforce and Veeva platforms to Medical Nutrition, Atrium, and Professional Health Sales teams
• Manage system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and oversee upgrades for CRM platforms
• Generate and analyze CRM and Power BI reports to support KPI tracking and business decisions
• Integrate advanced technologies, such as AI, machine learning, and automation, to enhance CRM performance and data insights
• Act as the primary contact for CRM support channels and resolve technical issues
• Lead CRM onboarding and ongoing training for sales teams
• Develop and maintain user documentation, technical guides, and training videos
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM platforms
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to drive strategic outcomes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3+ years of professional work experience in CRM administration (Salesforce and/or Veeva)
• Strong analytical skills
• Extensive experience using Excel, Power BI or similar programs
• Experience with integrated platforms such as Vault, Align, Magento and/or JDP
• Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Word)
• Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Digitally fluent with curiosity for emerging tech and consumer behaviors
• Strong understanding of emerging digital trends and their relevance in a modern, insight-led workplace
• Willing and able to work through change management
• Schedule flexibility
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or in a related field preferred
• 2-3+ years of professional work experience in CRM administration using Salesforce and/or Veeva support or commercial operations
