Lead a dedicated sales team, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue growth for an agricultural equipment business. Collaborate with management and marketing to devise strategic sales plans and manage the marketing budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and accountability
- Drive customer acquisition and increase revenue growth
- Oversee direct sales efforts and day-to-day sales activities
- Devise strategic sales and marketing plans in collaboration with upper management and marketing team
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure campaign alignment with brand identity
- Analyze the effectiveness of sales strategies to optimize sales potential
- Serve as the primary contact for sales-related issues and provide proactive problem-solving
- Assist in determining price schedules and discount rates
- Provide up-to-date and accurate information on sales numbers (Current, Goal, Trend, etc.)
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of relative work experience; 2 or more years of supervisory experience
