This role will support the sales and marketing departments by managing various tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the efficient execution of sales activities for an agricultural equipment business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with fulfillment and shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery of products/services
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments
- Communicate product/service information, pricing, and availability to clients
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and inquiries
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy of information
- Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and support decision-making
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Provide administrative support for sales representatives, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
