Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined sales territory
• Build strong customer relationships with retail and wholesale partners
• Identify new business opportunity and retain and grow current business
• Execute in-market sales strategies, merchandising, and promotional programs
• Drive distribution, volume, and brand visibility
• Analyze territory performance and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership

Requirements

• Proven success in a field-based sales role
• Ability to work independently in a remote, territory-driven environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to meet all local, state, and federal compliance requirements related to the sale and marketing of regulated products
• Must be 21 years of age at time of hire (for positions requiring ability to possess federally regulated products)

Qualifications

• Proven success in a field-based sales role (CPG or adjacent a plus)
