The Sales Support Associate supports the business development and sales team by performing various functions to obtain and retain customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Participate in onboarding clients for purchased products/services including invoicing, facilitating NDAs/contracts/MOUs, providing access, scheduling meetings, processing renewals, and offering updates/instruction.
- Triage new leads and inquiries to the appropriate ASHP Business Development team member.
- Create and maintain sales information sheets, presentations, pricing grids, and other materials for the business development/sales team.
- Document and maintain customer information and communication in Salesforce and other software, assisting with account maintenance, report/dashboard creation, and transaction documentation.
- Set up appointments for and assist with product/service demos in coordination with the sales team.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Assist with business administrative needs and intelligence, including budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.
- Work with Finance and CRM to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for institutional/industry customers.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of five years of prior related work experience
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle stress and ambiguity
- Effective at engaging others to solve a range of issues
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of five years of prior related work experience

- Knowledgeable on use of Salesforce and Personify databases
