About This Role

The Sales Support Associate supports the business development and sales team by performing various functions to obtain and retain customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in onboarding clients for purchased products/services including invoicing, facilitating NDAs/contracts/MOUs, providing access, scheduling meetings, processing renewals, and offering updates/instruction.
  • Triage new leads and inquiries to the appropriate ASHP Business Development team member.
  • Create and maintain sales information sheets, presentations, pricing grids, and other materials for the business development/sales team.
  • Document and maintain customer information and communication in Salesforce and other software, assisting with account maintenance, report/dashboard creation, and transaction documentation.
  • Set up appointments for and assist with product/service demos in coordination with the sales team.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist with business administrative needs and intelligence, including budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Work with Finance and CRM to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for institutional/industry customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of five years of prior related work experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle stress and ambiguity
  • Effective at engaging others to solve a range of issues
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of five years of prior related work experience

Nice to Have

  • Knowledgeable on use of Salesforce and Personify databases
  • Project management skills
