This role will shape next-generation AI models by leveraging real-world sales insights. The Sales Subject Matter Expert will evaluate AI-generated sales conversations and decisions to teach enterprise AI systems to think like top salespeople.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated sales conversations
- Analyze objection handling, positioning, and negotiation logic
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or flawed reasoning
- Provide structured, domain-driven feedback
- Help train AI models to think like a senior salesperson
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience
- Consultative / enterprise sales background
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)
- Strong sales logic & structured thinking
- Comfortable evaluating conversations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with SPIN / Challenger / MEDDIC / Sandler sales methodologies
- Sales Enablement experience
- Team leadership or coaching experience
