M3 Networks is seeking a Sales & Revenue Operations Manager to drive revenue growth through coordinated execution across sales, marketing, and account management. This role focuses on ensuring efficient lead handling, deal progression, vendor alignment, and client support, with compensation directly tied to revenue impact.
Responsibilities
- Ensure every lead is handled and followed up
- Maintain cleanliness, accuracy, and currency of the CRM
- Support sales conversations and deal progression
- Enforce pricing and service guardrails
- Prevent deals from stalling or slipping
- Manage the external marketing agency
- Translate business needs into clear direction for marketing campaigns
- Track deliverables, timelines, and results from vendors
- Hold vendors accountable
- Support client communication and lifecycle touchpoints
- Ensure renewals, expansions, and follow-ups are not missed
- Help maintain a clean, professional client experience
Requirements
- Experience in sales ops, revenue ops, marketing ops, or account management
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfort working across sales, marketing, and client-facing functions
- Experience managing vendors or agencies
- Ability to prioritize and act independently
