Optimize and support sales enablement platforms, focusing on Seismic, to empower Uber Delivery's B2B Commercial organization. Drive sales productivity by ensuring commercial sales teams have the necessary tools, content, and insights.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support the Seismic platform, including user management, permissioning, content organization, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with instructional designers, program managers, and enablement leaders to ensure learning platforms and content meet global go-to-market team needs
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date enablement content is available and aligned to sales motions
- Train and onboard new content creators to the platform and best practices
- Act as a subject matter expert and liaison for instructional designers and content creators, guiding platform functionality and content workflows
- Deliver system support and coaching for successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of Seismic and related tools
- Document processes and maintain internal knowledge bases related to tool usage
- Manage content workflows, version control, tagging, and metadata for improved discoverability
- Contribute to data collection and analysis within Seismic and other platforms, producing comprehensive reports on content engagement, adoption, and performance
- Support integration with other systems (e.g., CRM, CMS, Learning platforms)
- Assist in the evaluation and rollout of new enablement technologies as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement tool administration
- Direct experience as main administrator or owner of Seismic or similar Sales Enablement tool (e.g. Highspot, Bigtincan) with a focus on Learning and Content
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement tool administration, specifically as a main administrator or owner of Seismic or similar tool (Highspot, Bigtincan) with a focus on Learning and Content.
Nice to Have
- Strong technical aptitude with comfort administering SaaS tools
- Strong project management skillset, with experience using PM tools (ex: Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
- Understanding of commercial sales learning and content needs
- Experience integrating Sales Enablement tools with other GTM systems (ex: CRM, BI tools)
- Advanced data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau or Seismic analytics)
- Experience creating enablement materials and delivering training sessions for Enablement systems administrators and users
- Understanding of AI and how it can be applied to increase productivity for commercial sales teams and sales enablement teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly as business priorities change
- Process driven, highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with e-learning and technical training content creation tools including, but not limited to, Articulate Rise, Storyline, WalkMe, Iorad, Camtasia, Synthesia
