This role involves staffing a model home, greeting prospective buyers, providing tours, and answering questions about homes while also providing critical sales operations and administrative support to ensure a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities
- Staff the model home when the primary sales representative is off/unavailable
- Greet and engage prospective buyers, providing tours and answering questions about homes, floor plans, and personalization options
- Capture visitor information and qualify leads according to Homebound's criteria
- Maintain model home presentation standards, ensuring spaces are clean, staged, and showcase-ready at all times
- Coordinate with marketing team on model home events and open houses
- Follow up with prospective buyers via phone, email, and text to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate lead information, interactions, and pipeline status
- Process and track sales contracts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Coordinate between buyers, sales team, design consultants, and operations on contract timelines and deliverables
- Prepare sales reports, track community performance metrics, and support forecasting activities
- Schedule design consultations, site visits, and buyer meetings
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and website leads
- Support the sales representative with presentation materials, competitive research, and buyer communications
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, real estate, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, real estate, hospitality, or customer service
Nice to Have
- Experience in residential real estate or new home sales
- Familiarity with the Dallas/Fort Worth real estate market
- Knowledge of homebuilding terminology and processes
- Experience with contract processing and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
