Sales and Service Technician

About This Role

This hybrid role serves as a key pipeline for career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care, focusing on customer service, sales, and performing entry-level vehicle services to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers through assessing needs, recommending products and/or services
• Perform entry-level vehicle services (oil, tires, fluids)
• Ensure customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services
• Learn all aspects of store operations and effectively flex between interacting with customers and completing basic vehicle service tasks
• Assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances to support development
• Learn and operate store systems
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing and inventory management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid automobile driver's license
• Customer service and career growth mindset
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks
• Ability to learn and operate store systems

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

• 2 year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion, certification, or other exhibiting a growth mindset
• Previous consumer retail sales experience
• Previous automotive experience
• Previous management/supervisory experience
