S/4HANA ABAP BTP Fiori Principal Enterprise Consultant

About This Role

Serve as a Principal Enterprise Applications consultant, leveraging expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, BTP, and Fiori to define, design, configure, and deploy solutions and guide project teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle as an expert
• Define problems, propose, and create solutions in business process consulting
• Play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of overall solutions
• Guide teams on project processes and deliverables
• Contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building
• Help detail the project scope
• Shape value-adding consulting solutions to meet changing client needs
• Analyze business requirements, conceptual and detail design to meet business needs
• Perform necessary SAP configurations and write detailed functional/technical specifications
• Test and implement automated solutions, guide and manage ABAP team for development and testing

Requirements

• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology
• At least 11 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 including extensive experience in large transformation programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice to Have

• Process Architecture covering cross-functional topics (e.g., Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing) from an SAP context
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and solutions like LeanIX
• Knowledge of SAP technology topics including Cloud, Hybrid, BTP, AI, Cloud ALM, Integrations
• Understanding of data offerings, BDC, Analytics, BW modernization roadmap
• Ability to advise clients on S/4HANA and other SAP solutions adoption roadmap, drive client specific assessments, and thought leadership data points
• Ability to able to analyze business requirements, conceptual and detail design, perform necessary SAP configurations, write detailed functional/technical specifications, testing, and implementing automated solutions
• Ability to guide/manage ABAP team for development and testing
• Experience in people management, team building, and driving innovation
• Experience in proposal management, pre-sales, and driving a sales pitch
• Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
