About This Role

Stone Creek Roofing & Exteriors is seeking experienced Roofing Sales Representatives to prospect and generate leads, conduct roof inspections, and educate homeowners on roofing options, materials, and insurance claims. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation process.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door sales, referrals, and local networking
• Conduct roof inspections and assessments
• Educate homeowners about roofing options, materials, and insurance claims
• Provide accurate estimates and project timelines
• Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain professional appearance
• Generate and maintain new business relationships
• Run leads when assigned

Requirements

• 1+ years roofing sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect rooftops
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Prior experience in roofing installation, roofing project management, or insurance storm adjusting
