Represent Bone Dry Roofing with professionalism and integrity, providing excellent customer service to repairs/sales customers in the Louisville, KY area. This role involves running provided leads, conducting roof and attic inspections, providing estimates, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Represent Bone Dry Roofing with professionalism, punctuality, and integrity
- Provide customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service
- Run leads provided daily
- Perform roof and attic inspections to determine customers' roof needs
- Provide estimates for customers during the appointment
- Follow up with past customers
- Keep in contact with current customers
- Work alongside the production team to ensure projects are completed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladder safely
- Ability to work at elevated heights to access roofs and inspect attics
- Capability for daily travel in the home market
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Industry experience is not required; willingness to listen, learn, and do is.
