Provide whole-person quality care to patients in a Transitional Care Unit, managing complex medical conditions and supporting recovery from serious injury or illness.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients
- Handle medical complexities such as fractures, complex wound management, IV management, dialysis, oxygen therapy, and TPN
Requirements
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Qualifications
- Education sufficient for licensure
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- Food Handler's Permit
- 1 year Med-Surg experience (Acute vs Sub-Acute)
- Supervisory experience with nursing assistants/CNAs
