About This Role

Provide whole-person quality care to patients in a Transitional Care Unit, managing complex medical conditions and supporting recovery from serious injury or illness.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients
  • Handle medical complexities such as fractures, complex wound management, IV management, dialysis, oxygen therapy, and TPN

Requirements

  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

Qualifications

  • Education sufficient for licensure

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing
  • Food Handler's Permit
  • 1 year Med-Surg experience (Acute vs Sub-Acute)
  • Supervisory experience with nursing assistants/CNAs
