About This Role

The Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurse plans and delivers direct and indirect patient care to medically complex patients in long-term acute settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct patient care
• Provide delivery of indirect patient care to medically complex patients

Requirements

• Current RN license for the state in which the nurse practices in
• Experience in acute rehabilitation for vents, wound care, cardiac, and stable post trauma patients
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Be at least 18 years of age

Qualifications

• One (1) year nursing experience in a long-term acute care facility preferred

Nice to Have

• One (1) year nursing experience in a long-term acute care facility
