About This Role

As a Retail Sales Representative at Visioncent, you will engage directly with customers in retail settings to promote technology and telecommunication products from major brands like Apple, Samsung, and AT&T.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with signing up for plans, upgrades, and new services
Maintain knowledge of new products, offers, and technology updates
Identify customer needs and recommend AT&T products and services that best fit their lifestyle
Engage with customers inside retail locations
Work with team members and management to drive results

Requirements

Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Qualifications

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
