Restoration Technician

About This Role

Respond to emergency property loss situations and mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures for customers. This role involves water damage mitigation, microbial remediation, and on-location cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction and mitigation
• Conduct fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Carry out microbial remediation
• Handle vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up
• Perform demolition tasks
• Provide field management and supervision of temporary labor personnel
• Deliver the highest level of customer service with empathy
• Support structural board-up and security efforts
• Execute content pack-outs, processing, deodorization, storage, and handling

Requirements

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Successfully pass a national criminal background check
• Successfully pass a motor vehicle report background check
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day

Qualifications

• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred

• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience
• IIRC certifications
