Restoration Technician

About This Role

This role involves responding to property loss situations as a first responder, mitigating damage in residential and commercial structures, and restoring customer's lives after emergencies. You will perform water damage mitigation, structural board-up, and various cleaning and remediation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to property loss situations as a first responder
• Mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures
• Perform water extraction and mitigation
• Handle fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Conduct microbial remediation
• Execute vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up
• Perform demolition (Demo Day!)
• Manage and supervise temporary labor personnel in the field
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy

Requirements

• Ability to pass a national criminal background check
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle report background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Nice to Have

• IIRC certifications
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience
