Join Potbelly Sandwich Works as a Restaurant Team Member, delivering Fresh, Fast & Friendly service in a neighborhood sandwich concept. This role involves preparing food, adhering to safety standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quality finished products efficiently, following company recipe manual standards
- Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the shop
- Maintain personal hygiene standards, including wearing a clean Potbelly uniform
- Be speedy and accurate in fulfilling orders
- Make customers really happy and engage in friendly conversation
- Restock the food line, chips, and cooler
- Work multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed
- Operate the cash register, handle, balance, and follow all cash handling procedures
- Effectively handle customer complaints/issues
- Take delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone
Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Must possess neat and clean hygiene
