Lead and manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations for a Cracker Barrel restaurant, focusing on guest and team member satisfaction. Coach and develop staff, manage inventory, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Requirements

• Leads with care, making sure both employees and guests feel valued
• Thrives managing the full restaurant experience from kitchen flow to front-of-house service
• Balances operational focus with people-first leadership
• Stays cool under pressure and encourages team through busy shifts
• Believes hospitality is a team effort that starts with strong leadership
• 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
• Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license
