Lead and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations for a Cracker Barrel restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and developing your team. This role focuses on people-first leadership and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure commitment to always serving up more than a meal for guests and team members
- Coach and develop team members
- Manage inventory
- Deliver on the guest experience Cracker Barrel is known for
- Set an example and inspire the team with country hospitality
Requirements
- Leads with care, making sure both employees and guests feel valued
- Thrives managing the full restaurant experience from kitchen flow to front-of-house service
- Balances operational focus with people-first leadership
- Stays cool under pressure and encourages your team through busy shifts
- Believes hospitality is a team effort that starts with strong leadership
- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
- Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license
