Lead and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations for a Cracker Barrel restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and developing your team. This role focuses on people-first leadership and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Ensure commitment to always serving up more than a meal for guests and team members
• Coach and develop team members
• Manage inventory
• Deliver on the guest experience Cracker Barrel is known for
• Set an example and inspire the team with country hospitality

Requirements

• Leads with care, making sure both employees and guests feel valued
• Thrives managing the full restaurant experience from kitchen flow to front-of-house service
• Balances operational focus with people-first leadership
• Stays cool under pressure and encourages your team through busy shifts
• Believes hospitality is a team effort that starts with strong leadership
• 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
• Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license
