As a Cracker Barrel Restaurant Manager, you will lead both front-and back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience and team member development. You will manage inventory and uphold the company's commitment to country hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front-and back-of-house operations
- Ensure guests and team members feel valued and well-served
- Coach and develop your team
- Manage inventory
- Deliver a high-quality guest experience
- Set an example and inspire the team towards country hospitality
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
- Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends
