As a Cracker Barrel Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-and back-of-house operations, ensuring guest and team member satisfaction. You will lead, coach, and develop your team, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
• Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends
• Valid Driver's License
