About This Role

Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations as a Restaurant Manager, coaching teams and managing inventory to deliver excellent guest experiences at Cracker Barrel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-and back-of-house operations
• Coach and develop team members
• Manage inventory
• Deliver on guest experience standards
• Set the example and inspire team

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
• Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience, including 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
