Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations as a Restaurant Manager, coaching teams and managing inventory to deliver excellent guest experiences at Cracker Barrel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front-and back-of-house operations
- Coach and develop team members
- Manage inventory
- Deliver on guest experience standards
- Set the example and inspire team
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
- Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience, including 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
