Manage all store operations, including both front- and back-of-house responsibilities, while fostering excellent guest and employee experiences and driving business results for Cracker Barrel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all store operations, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
• Lead and care for employees, setting an example of hospitality
• Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
• Drive business results
• Work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Work holidays and weekends as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent in English
