Join our team as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to provide routine therapy, diagnostic, and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for chronically and critically ill patients. You will also maintain equipment and perform basic laboratory testing.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine therapy for cardiopulmonary procedures
- Perform diagnostic cardiopulmonary procedures
- Perform emergency cardiopulmonary procedures
- Maintain all equipment in working order
- Provide phlebotomy for the patient population as required or requested
- Provide basic laboratory testing for the patient population as required or requested
Requirements
- Certified or licensed in state to practice respiratory care
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma required for arterial punctures/blood gases, associate degree preferred
- Minimum of one-year clinical respiratory experience preferred. Prior inpatient hospital experience or desire to learn.
