Join our team as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP). You will provide routine therapy, diagnostic, and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients
- Maintain all equipment in working order
- Provide phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing for the patient population as required or requested
Requirements
- Certified or licensed to practice respiratory care in the state
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma required, associate degree preferred (for hospitals performing arterial punctures and/or blood gases)
- Minimum of one-year clinical respiratory experience preferred. Prior inpatient hospital experience or desire and commitment to learn.
Nice to Have
- Prior inpatient hospital experience
- Minimum one-year clinical respiratory experience
