Join our team as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, providing routine therapy, diagnostic, and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures to chronically and critically ill patients. Maintain equipment and perform phlebotomy and basic lab testing.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients
- Maintain all equipment in working order
- Provide phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing for the patient population
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Requirements
- Certified or licensed in the state to practice respiratory care
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- High school diploma
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred for arterial punctures and blood gases
- Minimum of one-year clinical respiratory experience preferred
Nice to Have
- Minimum of one-year clinical respiratory experience
- Associate degree (for arterial punctures and/or blood gases)
