As a Residential Account Executive, you will expand C Spire's presence through direct residential sales, engaging potential customers via high-volume, door-to-door outreach to promote home and wireless services. Your role is critical in converting prospects into customers and upgrading existing services, contributing to market sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide a personalized customer experience, integrating technology easily and effectively
- Cover minimum number of appointments, prospecting, and appointment setting per day
- Submit orders through appropriate means
- Achieve customer satisfaction standards (CES surveys)
- Achieve or exceed individual sales quota and customer retention goals each month
- Adhere to schedule requirements and comply with established policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven track record for meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Previous customer service experience with problem resolution
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to organize and plan time effectively
- Self-motivated
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Nice to Have
- C Spire and C Spire Fiber product knowledge
- Four year degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous outside sales experience and/or prospecting experience
- Technical knowledge of cable, wireless or other telecommunication products
