About This Role

Manage the day-to-day operations of affordable disabled/special needs and family housing communities, ensuring effective fiscal, physical, and social soundness.

Responsibilities

Collect rent and make bank deposits
Prepare and submit rent rolls
Verify income and comply with HUD, TCAC, or other regulations
Maintain waiting lists for properties
Prepare and process leases
Supervise on-site staff
Process evictions
Conduct annual inspections and coordinate repairs
Submit vouchers for HUD properties

Requirements

1+ year of affordable housing property management experience
Current CA Real Estate License
Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines
Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports
Skills in resident problem solving and staff management
Clean DMV record
Reliable transportation

Qualifications

1+ years of affordable housing property management experience
