About This Role

Manage the day-to-day operations of affordable disabled/special needs and family housing communities, ensuring effective fiscal, physical, and social soundness.

Responsibilities

  • Collect rent and make bank deposits
  • Prepare and submit rent rolls
  • Verify income and comply with HUD, TCAC, or other regulations
  • Maintain waiting lists for properties
  • Prepare and process leases
  • Supervise on-site staff
  • Process evictions
  • Conduct annual inspections and coordinate repairs
  • Submit vouchers for HUD properties

Requirements

  • 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience
  • Current CA Real Estate License
  • Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines
  • Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports
  • Skills in resident problem solving and staff management
  • Clean DMV record
  • Reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience
