Manage the day-to-day operations of affordable disabled/special needs and family housing communities, ensuring effective fiscal, physical, and social soundness.
Responsibilities
- Collect rent and make bank deposits
- Prepare and submit rent rolls
- Verify income and comply with HUD, TCAC, or other regulations
- Maintain waiting lists for properties
- Prepare and process leases
- Supervise on-site staff
- Process evictions
- Conduct annual inspections and coordinate repairs
- Submit vouchers for HUD properties
Requirements
- 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience
- Current CA Real Estate License
- Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines
- Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports
- Skills in resident problem solving and staff management
- Clean DMV record
- Reliable transportation
