Provide direct and personalized care to residents in an assisted living community, monitoring health status and assisting with daily living activities. Work in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth in the healthcare field.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine individualized care to residents
- Monitor and report changes in resident health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing
- Provide specialized healthcare, including administering medications, checking vitals and blood sugars
- Assist with room cleaning and serving meals
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a MN DHS background check
- Every other weekend availability required
Nice to Have
- Previous PCA or CNA experience
