This Research Assistant II position supports the BWH Lung Transplant Program by managing day-to-day activities for clinical studies, including patient recruitment, regulatory compliance, and study coordination. The role contributes to translational and clinical research funded by various sources within Mass General Brigham.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient recruitment and retention strategies and goals
- Organize and complete IRB and regulatory mandates
- Address sponsor requests and coordinate study visits
- Track milestones and perform invoicing
Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Careful attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks
- Intermediate computer literacy including database tools
- Knowledge of data management programs
- Ability to follow directions and exhibit professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Science
- 1+ year relevant research and data management experience (2-3 years preferred)
