About This Role

The Reporting & Workforce Management Consultant transforms data into meaningful insights by developing reports, dashboards, and analytics for the Insurance Operations business. This role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to provide consultative advice and analytical support for growth, profitability, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to develop actionable reporting and intuitive dashboards.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create effective visual analytics to answer business questions and offer new perspectives.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and procedures for reports.
  • Identify and resolve complex issues by analyzing data and utilizing resources.
  • Act as a consulting resource on assigned projects within the Retirement Plan Services Operations department.
  • Champion and enhance organizational initiatives by influencing and supporting change management.
  • Identify, recommend, and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills (sumIFs, vlookups, pivot tables)
  • Experience with visual data analytics tools
  • Relationship building skills
  • Ability to think outside of the box and challenge the status quo
  • Strong project management skills

Qualifications

  • 4 Year/bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience that aligns to the responsibilities of the role.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with coding systems such as Dataiku and/or SQL
