Responsibilities

• Research and arrange travel such as hotels, cruises, flights, and transportation
• Offer travel options aligned with client preferences and budgets
• Coordinate with travel suppliers to confirm availability and details
• Manage reservations, payments, and travel protection options
• Communicate with clients before and after travel
• Stay informed on travel guidelines, supplier updates, and industry trends

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Access to a computer or smartphone with internet
• Authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, LATAM, Spain, or Australia
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes
