Responsibilities
- Research and arrange travel such as hotels, cruises, flights, and transportation
- Offer travel options aligned with client preferences and budgets
- Coordinate with travel suppliers to confirm availability and details
- Manage reservations, payments, and travel protection options
- Communicate with clients before and after travel
- Stay informed on travel guidelines, supplier updates, and industry trends
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Access to a computer or smartphone with internet
- Authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, LATAM, Spain, or Australia
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow established processes
Qualifications
- No prior travel experience required; training and certification provided.
