Remote QA Automation Engineer with C#/.NET, Selenium, and Healthcare Claims

About This Role

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using C# and Selenium WebDriver for web and API applications, ensuring quality and integrating into CI/CD pipelines, while collaborating with development teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts using C# and Selenium WebDriver for web-based and API applications
• Build, enhance, and maintain existing test automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model (POM), BDD with SpecFlow/Cucumber) to be robust, scalable, and reusable
• Execute automated test cases, analyze results, identify defects, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI to facilitate continuous testing and faster feedback
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members in an Agile/Scrum environment to understand application requirements, align testing strategies, and promote best practices
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency and continuous improvement
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent user experience, and conduct API testing using tools like Postman or RestSharp
• Troubleshoot and debug automation issues, performing root cause analysis to ensure the reliability and scalability of test suite

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in C#
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Experience with healthcare claims
• 10+ Years of experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in automation testing
