Join the Orchid Remote Audio Collection project to record audio prompts on an iPhone, contributing to the improvement of voice recognition technologies and virtual assistant performance, specifically focusing on African American voices to enhance inclusivity.
Responsibilities
- Record a total of 20 minutes of short prompts on an iPhone using the DataForce Contribute app
- Complete all recordings indoors using the device’s internal microphone
Requirements
- Be 18 or older
- Reside in the United States (except Illinois, Washington, and Texas)
- Be fluent in English
- Have an iPhone 11 or newer model
