About This Role

Participate in a remote audio collection project for TransPerfect's DataForce division, contributing audio recordings to improve voice recognition technologies and virtual assistant performance, specifically focusing on African American voices to reduce bias and enhance inclusivity.

Responsibilities

Record 20 minutes of short audio prompts on an iPhone using the DataForce Contribute app
Ensure all recordings are completed indoors using the device's internal microphone
Contribute to improving voice recognition technologies and virtual assistants

Requirements

Be 18 or older
Reside in the United States (excluding Illinois, Washington, and Texas)
Be fluent in English
Have an iPhone 11 or newer model
