About This Role

Join our team as a full-time, day shift Dialysis HEMO Unit Registered Nurse at Portneuf Medical Center. You will utilize your nursing knowledge and experience to deliver patient care using the nursing process according to hospital policies and protocols, ensuring timely response to critical situations and effective communication with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Respond to life-threatening situations with appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Organize care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, evaluating, and communicating with Providers/Leaders.
  • Maintain current RN licensure in the state of Idaho.
  • Obtain and maintain ACLS certification within six months of hire.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Idaho.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Ability to obtain ACLS certification within six months of hire.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Minimum of 2 years acute care preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Minimum of 2 years acute care experience
  • Previous dialysis experience
