Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, precision-driven periodontal care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and non-surgical periodontal therapy
• Perform thorough periodontal charting, risk assessments, and diagnostic documentation with exceptional accuracy
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and maintenance tailored to cosmetic and restorative outcomes
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to support complex cosmetic and restorative treatment plans
• Maintain the highest standards of infection control, sterilization, and clinical protocol
• Provide an elevated, discreet, and personalized patient experience reflective of a luxury practice
• Utilize advanced technology and digital systems for charting, imaging, and patient communication

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of California
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical hygiene experience, preferably in a high-end or cosmetic dental practice
• Exceptional clinical skills with strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Polished chairside manner with confidence, warmth, and discretion
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with sophisticated, high-expectation patients
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a luxury brand

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical hygiene experience, preferably in a high-end or cosmetic dental practice
