Registered Dental Hygienist

About This Role

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will be the frontline of preventive care, performing clinical treatments, patient screenings, and providing diagnostic support. You will educate patients on oral hygiene and collaborate with dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough prophylaxis, periodontal scaling, and root planing
• Conduct oral cancer screenings, take vitals, and update medical histories
• Capture high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos
• Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene instruction and nutritional counseling
• Maintain accurate, electronic patient records
• Work closely with the Dentist to co-diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene License
• Strong communication skills
• Gentle clinical touch

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience preferred, open to mentored New Grads
