Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients, collect data, and collaborate with colleagues and caregivers to encourage growth and skill acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA
- Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning
- Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition
Requirements
- Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment
- Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
