About This Role

Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients, collect data, and collaborate with colleagues and caregivers to encourage growth and skill acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA
• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition

Requirements

• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
