About This Role

This role is for an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) leader passionate about clinical excellence, ready to step into a leadership position within a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will design evidence-based programs, manage operations, and provide continuous support to families and RBTs, ensuring growth and success for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through mentorship, guidance, communication, and supervision
  • Design a thoughtful, evidence-based programming hierarchy based on client data, progress, and ongoing assessments
  • Manage or assist in managing day-to-day operations of all services, including staff and client scheduling
  • Offer continuous support and guidance for families to navigate programming toward successful outcomes
  • Provide direct services to clients and their parents when appropriate
  • Collaborate with other service providers beyond Perfect Pair ABA to enhance client experiences
  • Conduct consistent communication with all treatment team members regarding programming aspects and any difficulties
  • Communicate with Perfect Pair ABA administrative teams (Intake, Payroll, Billing, HR) for staff and client records management and payer relationships
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity within the team

Requirements

  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB
  • Active state license (LBA) as required based on location
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Ability to complete and pass a background check
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting to the clinic
  • Experience with children ages 1-4
  • Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience, with experience working with children ages 1-4
