Regional Manager

About This Role

This role is for a Regional Manager (USA) with a global garment accessories manufacturer, responsible for growing the US market, managing key brand relationships, and leading regional sales operations. This person will drive revenue growth and build a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy across the US
• Own sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Build and lead a small, high-performing regional sales team
• Develop and manage relationships with major apparel brands
• Convert prospective customers into long-term partners
• Collaborate with global product and design teams on customized solutions
• Anticipate customer demand and product development cycles
• Oversee pre-sales, sales, and after-sales execution
• Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in garment accessories or related apparel supply chain sales
• Proven success managing at least one major brand account (≥ RMB 1M annual volume)
• Experience leading a sales team of 3+ people
